Приложение MetroGo работает без регистрации и не собирает ваши имя, телефон, почту или координаты. Ниже — что именно происходит с данными.
Что хранится на телефоне
Язык и тема, метки на станциях («Дом / Работа / Учёба» и свои, с вашими названиями), недавние маршруты, прогресс в «Открытиях» и викторине. Эти данные не покидают устройство и удаляются вместе с приложением.
Анонимная статистика
Чтобы понимать, какие функции полезны, приложение отправляет обезличенные события: открытие вкладок и станций, построенные маршруты (только станции), ответы викторины, нажатия кнопок такси и самоката. Сервис — PostHog (серверы в ЕС). Профили людей не создаются; в событиях нет имени, телефона, текста поиска и координат.
Геолокация
Доступ к геолокации запрашивается, только когда вы сами нажимаете: отметиться на станции или найти ближайшую станцию на схеме. Положение сравнивается с координатами станций прямо на телефоне и никуда не отправляется. «Рядом со мной» на главной использует уже выданное разрешение и тоже работает только на устройстве.
Внешние сервисы
Погода загружается с Open-Meteo для центра Ташкента, а не для вашего места. Объявления о закрытиях и ремонтах — один файл с GitHub. Фото станций загружаются с серверов Wikimedia и фотосервисов. Кнопки «Такси» и «Самокат» открывают приложения партнёров (Yandex Go, JET) — в такси передаются только координаты станции и места; дальше действуют правила этих сервисов.
Уведомления
Напоминания об «Открытиях» включаются только по вашему желанию. Это локальные уведомления: их ставит и показывает сам телефон, через наш или чужой сервер они не проходят. Выключить можно в «Открытиях» или в профиле. В режиме «Я еду» телефон так же сам ставит подсказки «Следующая — ваша» и «Вы приехали» — только на время поездки; маршрут и время никуда не отправляются.
Обратная связь
Кнопки «Обратной связи» открывают нашего бота @tashkentmetro_info_bot. Что вы ему напишете, получит команда приложения в Telegram вместе с вашим именем и ником в Telegram — чтобы ответить. Бот 30 дней помнит только выбранную тему и кому отвечать (Telegram id и язык), а если кто-то рассылает спам — отметку о блокировке; сами сообщения хранит Telegram. Можно написать и на почту metrogo.help@gmail.com: тогда мы получим ваш адрес и письмо и используем их только для ответа. Писать нам не обязательно.
Дети
Приложением можно пользоваться в любом возрасте: оно не собирает персональные данные.
Изменения и связь

Telefonda nima saqlanadi

Anonim statistika
Qaysi funksiyalar foydali ekanini tushunish uchun ilova shaxsiylashtirilmagan hodisalarni yuboradi: boʻlim va bekatlarni ochish, tuzilgan yoʻnalishlar (faqat bekatlar), viktorina javoblari, taksi va samokat tugmalari bosilishi. Xizmat — PostHog (serverlar Yevropa Ittifoqida). Shaxs profillari yaratilmaydi; hodisalarda ism, telefon, qidiruv matni va koordinatalar yoʻq.
Joylashuv
Joylashuvga ruxsat faqat oʻzingiz bosganingizda soʻraladi: bekatda belgilanish yoki sxemada eng yaqin bekatni topish uchun. Joylashuv bekatlar koordinatalari bilan telefonning oʻzida solishtiriladi va hech qayerga yuborilmaydi. Bosh ekrandagi «Yonimda» berilgan ruxsatdan foydalanadi va u ham faqat qurilmada ishlaydi.
Tashqi xizmatlar
Ob-havo Open-Meteo’dan sizning joyingiz uchun emas, Toshkent markazi uchun yuklanadi. Yopilish va taʼmir haqidagi eʼlonlar — GitHub’dagi bitta fayl. Bekat suratlari Wikimedia va foto xizmatlari serverlaridan yuklanadi. «Taksi» va «Samokat» tugmalari hamkorlar ilovalarini (Yandex Go, JET) ochadi — taksiga faqat bekat va joy koordinatalari uzatiladi; keyin oʻsha xizmatlar qoidalari amal qiladi.
Bildirishnomalar
«Kashfiyotlar» haqidagi eslatmalar faqat xohishingiz bilan yoqiladi. Bu mahalliy bildirishnomalar: ularni telefonning oʻzi qoʻyadi va koʻrsatadi, hech qanday server orqali oʻtmaydi. «Kashfiyotlar»da yoki profilda oʻchirish mumkin. «Ketyapman» rejimida telefon xuddi shunday «Keyingisi — sizniki» va «Yetib keldingiz» eslatmalarini faqat safar davomida qoʻyadi; yoʻnalish va vaqt hech qayerga yuborilmaydi.
Fikr-mulohaza
«Fikr-mulohaza» tugmalari bizning @tashkentmetro_info_bot botimizni ochadi. Unga yozganingizni ilova jamoasi Telegram’dagi ismingiz va nikingiz bilan oladi — javob berish uchun. Bot 30 kun davomida faqat tanlangan mavzu va kimga javob berishni (Telegram id va til), spam yuborilsa esa bloklash belgisini eslab qoladi; xabarlarning o‘zini Telegram saqlaydi. metrogo.help@gmail.com pochtasiga ham yozish mumkin: unda manzilingiz va xatingiz bizga keladi va faqat javob berish uchun ishlatiladi. Bizga yozish majburiy emas.

In short
The MetroGo app works without sign-up and does not collect your name, phone number, email or coordinates. Below is exactly what happens to data.
What stays on your phone
Language and theme, your station marks (Home / Work / Study and custom ones with names you choose), recent routes, and progress in Discoveries and the quiz. This data never leaves the device and is deleted with the app.
Anonymous statistics
To learn which features help, the app sends de-identified events: opening tabs and stations, routes built (stations only), quiz answers, taps on the taxi and scooter buttons. The service is PostHog (servers in the EU). No personal profiles are created; events contain no name, phone number, search text or coordinates.
Location
Location access is requested only when you tap to do so: to check in at a station or to find the nearest station on the map. Your position is compared with station coordinates on the phone and is never sent anywhere. “Near me” on the home screen uses a permission you already gave and also works only on the device.
Third-party services
Weather is loaded from Open-Meteo for central Tashkent, not for your location. Closure and repair notices come from a single file on GitHub. Station photos load from Wikimedia and photo services. The Taxi and Scooter buttons open partner apps (Yandex Go, JET) — the taxi receives only the station and place coordinates; from then on those services’ rules apply.
Notifications
Discovery reminders are turned on only if you choose. They are local notifications: the phone itself schedules and shows them, and they do not pass through any server. Turn them off in Discoveries or in your profile. In the “I’m on the train” mode the phone likewise schedules “Next stop is yours” and “You’ve arrived” alerts for the duration of the trip only; your route and times are not sent anywhere.
Feedback
The Feedback buttons open our bot @tashkentmetro_info_bot. Whatever you send it reaches the app team on Telegram together with your Telegram name and username, so we can reply. For 30 days the bot remembers only the chosen topic and whom to reply to (Telegram id and language), plus a block mark if someone sends spam; the messages themselves are kept by Telegram. You can also email metrogo.help@gmail.com: we then receive your address and message and use them only to reply. Writing to us is optional.
Children
The app is suitable for any age: it does not collect personal data.
Changes and contact
